In 2008, American space agency NASA beamed the Beatles song "Across the Universe" into deep space to send a message of peace to any alien that happens to be in the region of Polaris -- also known as the North Star -- in 2439.I just read this in one of the yahoo news . Seriously ? The Beatles song ? That's plain ridiclulous , I mean they are aliens ! If they really do exists , I think they will be thinking wtf ? If I were the aliens , I would immediately head straight to earth and kill the NASA . Or maybe bring them back to our planet and educate them on how not to be stupid . And why beatles song ? Why can't it be Michael Jackson song ? Or other 80's song ? That's really plain ridiculous . Maybe when the NASA was having a meeting about how to make peace with the aliens , some smart ass person who is wayyy smarter than anyone , or maybe the smartest person on this planet says some thing like " I know ! We all love the Beatles songs right ?! Then I'm sure the aliens would love it too ! Let's make peace with them using the Beatles songs ! " Don't get me wrong , I just went to google the song and it was a pretty great song . But's it's really a piece of shocking news to hear that NASA did this .
