Something Different , Something New .

Reality suddenly kicks in a few moments ago and is telling me that the long weekend is over like a blink of an eye . Meaning that I have to admit that I have to wake up at 730 am in the morning from tomorrow onwards as usual . But then again , looking at my calender , it's telling me that I only have to endure another 3 days before my long weekends begins again .Christmas is finally over and so is all the Christmas carols and movies . There's some limit in how much Christmas carol a person can take . The movies are good but it's all about Santa Santa and Santa . Or maybe a little touch of family happiness in those movies . It's time for some kick ass actions movie or some handsome vampire who can read minds being played on television or the cinemas . After having one of the most boring countdown on Christmas , it all comes down to the big countdown on New Year's Eve . Where everybody in the whole world gather together to countdown to just another typical stress year , 2010 . Can't wait . Reading people's blog is all about New Year Resolutions . It got me thinking , what are mine ? But after thinking for 5 minutes , all I can say is What the Heck! , by the end of next year , my New Year Resolutions are still going to be the same as this year . Nothing new , I do have a hard time keeping my Resolutions . So this year is just all about embracing 2010 and live like every other year , the only difference is , I'm a year older . I'm going to be 21 years old next year . Officially an adult . Boohoo . There's nothing to be happy about . 9 years later , I'm going to hit the big 3 , 30 years old . Now that's scary . Imagine the things that will start to change in this crucial 10 years of your life . Your lifestyle , sense of clothing , the type of guys you will choose and the few important friends you will have with you throughout the rest of your life . I just hope I won't be a pitiful kiasu loner auntie 20 years down the road . Meanwhile , I'm going to act like a irresponsible 20 year old person , be like a crouch potato and watch shows all day long . Toodles till then ; much love , eunice |
